A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.” Set Free Alaska is joining forces with individuals, businesses, churches, and others to create a “three stranded cord” of strength for those in struggling with addiction. For 2 years we have provided a meal and recovery support every Friday Night! This service to our community is a free meeting that individuals and families can come to and find much needed friendships and support. This service provides many opportunities for organizations or individuals to get involved. For information about sponsoring an evening, or an entire month, call our Executive Director @ 907-841-0313.
Time and Materials Gifts
Cash donations are not the only way to help in the fight against addiction. You may have building space, office supplies and materials, or a host of other items or services that could be of use. We are committed to using all resources possible to help those in need and we appreciate your help.
Community Awareness
Set Free Alaska is a community centered agency with a strong emphasis on raising awareness. We have a community outreach team that is ready and willing to do presentations, outreach events, and drug specific education seminars. Help us raise awareness by signing up for our email list, Facebook, and Twitter pages, and forward information along to others. Increased awareness will empower our community to fight against addiction.
